Mark's deep experience with new home construction was invaluable as we went about the process of building a new home. As we made our selections early in the building process, even though we had a very clear idea of what we wanted, his suggestions about door placement, insulation and other enhancements were things we would not have thought of and were simply spot on. He was a voice of calm through the stressful process of building a home.
His service after the sale was just as good. His intervention with our builder on warranty issues was timely and appropriate. Mark's suggestion that we have a final inspection performed right before the first year warranty expired was something we never really thought of. This inspection revealed a few things that were covered under the warranty that we were unaware of and able to get addressed by the builder.
