Erica is a lifelong Tennessean; growing up off I-40 West in Kingston Springs, TN. She graduated from MTSU with a Bachelors in Business Management and started working for Bank of America where she spent 10 years in Retail Management. Erica will be celebrating 3 years with Caliber Home Loans in February. She has three sons Jackson 9, Lincoln 8 and Taylor who is 7; she has been married to her husband Ian for almost 12 years. Erica and Ian currently live in the amazing town of Fairview TN in Williamson County.
What is unique about Caliber is that we work, live and play in the markets that we impact. We want to play a vital role in helping as many people fulfill the American dream of home ownership. We can serve more people by offering numerous loan products such as FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, THDA and Jumbo loans. In addition, we have many portfolio products that are in house that allow us to help those that might not have the traditional financial portfolio.
